5 min Vegan Chocolate Cake in Microwave Oven | How To Make Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe In Oven
Ingredients of healthy vegan chocolate cake
- Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1/2 cup
- Vinegar/ apple cider vinegar – 1/2 tsp
- White Granulated Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
- Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla Essence – 1/4 tsp
- All Purpose Flour/Maida – 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp

Method to make simple vegan chocolate cake
- Take a bowl and mix the almond milk and vinegar in a large mixing bowl, and let set for a few minutes to activate.
- Take a another vessel to seive maida, baking soda and baking powder. Seive at least 3- 4 times.
- Now mix seived mixture and all other ingredients very well with almond milk and vinegar. Mix it well.
- Place a parchment paper in a dish.
- Pour the mixture.
- Microwave for 5 minutes or bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes at 350 F/175 C.
- When cooked, peel off the parchment paper
- Let it cool for 5 – 10 minutes. Enjoy moist, spongy, and chocolatey cake!
NOTE: You can replace almond milk with buttermilk for normal cake
