Ingredients
For sauce
- 5 dry red chilli
- 6-7 clove garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp jeera
- ½ tsp Dhaiya powder
- Salt to taste
- 5 tbsp mayonaise
For potatoes
- 4 bolied potato ( peeled and sliced)
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 clove garlic finely chopped
- ½ tsp jeera
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp maggie masala
- ½ tsp haldi powder
- Salt to taste
- 5 – 6 curry leaves
- 3 tbsp oil
For assembling
- 6 chappati / leftover Chapati
- 1 onion julienne
Directions
For sauce
- Put dry red chilli, garlic, lemon juice ,jeera and Dhaiya powder in a blender and make a fine paste.
- Add this paste in mayonaise along with salt to taste. Sauce is ready.
For potatoes
- Take a pan and put oil in it
- Heat it and add jeera. Stir for few seconds.
- Add garlic and onion and cook till tender
- Add garam masala, coriander powder, haldi powder, maggie masala, and curry leaves.
- Add peeled and sliced potatoes along with salt to taste.
- Cook for sometime. Potatoes are ready.
For assembling
- Take a chappati better take indian plain fried prantha. Apply sauce on it .
- Put desired amount of potatoes on it
- Sprinkle julienne onion on it. Roll it.
- Aloo roll is ready to serve
- Serve hot
