INGREDENTS

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

Method

Boil the water and add turmeric powder to it. Boil it at a low temperature for 10-12 minutes. Add coconut oil, coconut milk, and sugar .Drink this sip by sip.

Tips: You can also take coconut oil in place of sugar .
