How To Make Yummy Grilled Paneer Vegetable Sandwich Recipe

Kids are going to love this…. No No.. On a second thought, I think even grown-ups are going to have these with two hands too… Enjoy yet another Paneer variation mixed with so many veggies. Here goes How To Make Yummy Grilled Paneer Vegetable Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • Finely chopped green chillies (as per taste)
  • 1 medium sized finely chopped onion
  • Salt as per taste and saute
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp aamchur powder
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • More veggies, finely chopped
  • (carrot, french beans, capsicum & coriander)
  • approx 150 gm paneer
  • 2 tbs tomato ketchup (optional)
  • Bread slices
  • Shredded cheese to garnish
  • Butter

Method :

  • Heat up the pam to make stuffing
  • Add 1 tsp oil
  • Add 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • Add finely chopped green chillies (as per taste)
  • Add 1 medium sized finely chopped onion
  • Add salt as per taste and saute
  • Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • Add 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Add 1 tsp garam masala
  • (add spices as per your choice)
  • Add 1/2 tsp aamchur powder
  • Add 1 finely chopped tomato
  • Add some more veggies, finely chopped
  • (carrot, french beans, capsicum & coriander)
  • Mix it and cook for 2 min
  • Then add approx 150 gm paneer
  • (can also add cheese or mayonnaise at this step)
  • Add 2 tbs tomato ketchup (optional)
  • Mix it and turn off the heat quickly
  • Apply butter on bread slice
  • Add stuffing on it and cover with another bread slice
  • (keep more sandwiches ready to grill)
  • Heat up the grill pan
  • Brush some oil on it
  • Then place sandwiches
  • Toast both sides until they turn golden-brown & crusty
  • Cut sandwiches into pieces
  • Garnish with some shredded cheese
  • Serve this Scrumptious Vegetable & Paneer Sandwich warm!!!
