  • 2 tsp rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 2 pinch asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • thick green chilli
  • oil for frying
  • Salt  to taste

Rajasthani Mirchi Vada Recipe

First of all, prepare potato masala, for this, coriander seeds, fennel crushed, green chili (finely chopped), ginger paste, 3/4 teaspoon red chili powder, chaat masala, a pinch of asafoetida, carom seeds, salt Mix the amchur powder well.

To make gram flour batter, mix rice flour, turmeric, a pinch of asafoetida, baking soda in gram flour and add water. Take care that it should be thick.

To make vadas, cut the chili in the middle and take out the anus from inside. Now put potato filling in it. Now wrap the batter and fry it in hot oil. Keep in mind that the temperature of the oil should be hot. Take them out from the bottom. Serve with chutney or sauce.
