- 4 Garlic cloves (chopped)
- 4 Tomato (Sliced)
- 2 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 2 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
Method of making Garlic-Tomato Soup :
- – First, put oil in a pan on medium flame and keep it for heating.
- Once the oil is hot, add onion and garlic and fry it lightly.
- After this add tomato and fry it till it becomes soft.
- Now add vegetable broth, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, salt and sugar and cook for 15 minutes.
- After the stipulated time, take out the off-gas soup in a bowl.
