Herbal Tea Ingredients: (1 cup)
- 2 cups water
- 1 inch grated ginger piece
- 5-7 basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon tea leaves
How to make Tulsi Ginger Herbal Tea:
To make herbal tea of ginger and basil, first put 2 cups of water in a vessel and keep it on the gas. As soon as the water comes to a boil, add tea leaves and grated ginger to it. Along with ginger, you will also put basil leaves in it. Tulsi leaves can be plucked during the day to make tea. Before adding basil leaves, dry them well. After this, crush them with hands in boiling water and put them in tea. After cooking for 2 minutes, switch off the gas. Herbal tea is ready, filter it well and drink it hot.
