During summer, the glow of the face is lost and the wrinkles on the face become more visible. In such times, these natural face packs can help you. 

Summer causes great damage to our skin. More than one problem comes to the fore in this season. It is very common to have a rash on the skin, problem of sunburn, appearance of freckles on the skin and loss of glow of the skin. This is the season when any beauty product does not have any special effect and our body also loses a lot of water. At such times, some common ingredients present in your kitchen can do a very special job. 

But with what kind of ingredients, how can we do anti-aging treatment? To find out, we spoke to beauty and makeover expert Richa Agarwal, member of the Cleopatra Salon & Makeover and Wellness Skills Sector Council. He told us how some of the ingredients in our kitchen can help in taking care of the skin. 

In summer, if you choose the right ingredients and skin care, then your skin becomes much better. This is such a time in which our skin needs extra nutrition and hydration, which is not available, then problems like lines under the eyes, skin hanging, pimples etc. 

In such times you should use these ingredients-

1. Green Tea-

There can be no better detox and anti-aging ingredient than green tea that can help in cell turnover along with cleansing your skin. With this, anti-aging skin care can be done very easily. 

How to use?

  • Just make green tea and cool it and keep it in the fridge to cool down further. 
  • You can also keep those tea-bags in the fridge which you can use for the eyes. 
  • You apply it on the double chin area, eyes, face, etc. to detoxify the skin. 
  • If your face remains bloated then this can prove to be a very good option.  

2. Banana- 

Banana can be the best option for anti-aging . It is called Nature’s Botox. It helps in collagen production and does not require artificial collagen diet or skin care. It is considered as the best anti-aging ingredient in the whole world.   

How to use? 

  • Mix a ripe banana with raw milk and rose water and apply it on your face. 
  • Let it dry and then clean it with the help of cold water. 
  • You will start seeing its effect only after applying it for the first time. 
  • This pack can also be applied on the neck and hands. 
  • You can also use it as a body scrub by adding sugar to it.  

3. Avocado- 

When this super fruit is applied on your dry skin, it helps a lot in hydrating and lubricating the skin. It is rich in fat and vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E , due to which avocado can retain moisture on the skin and delay the aging process.  

How to use? 

  • It is also to be used like a banana. 
  • You can mash avocado and apply it on the face with raw milk and rose water. 
  • This can prove to be very helpful for making the skin plump.  

4. Aloe Vera- 

Aloe vera can prove to be very good in summer for anti-aging skin care and preventing sunburn etc. Even if you apply it directly on the face, it will work in the same way as applying a face pack on the face.  

How to use? 

  • Take out its gel and keep it in the fridge and then apply it directly on the face. 
  • This can prove to be very helpful in shrinking the pores.  

5. Cucumber- 

Since cucumber is very hydrating, it is very good for skin care. It contains many things like magnesium, potassium, vitamin-A, vitamin-E which prove to be very helpful for wrinkles.  

How to use? 

  • Mix a little honey in cucumber juice and apply it on the face, which will make a very hydrating face mask. 
  • If the skin is sensitive or honey does not suit, then only cucumber juice without honey can be applied on the face. 
  • You can put cucumber slices on your eyes, which will remove the puffiness of the eyes.  

6. Orange- 

Vitamin-C is very important for us for anti-aging skin care . It is called a natural brightener and can also be included in our diet. By using Vitamin-C, our skin will be very well cleansed. This will work to remove the imperfections from your face.  

How to use? 

  • Very well ground rice flour and orange slices and a little orange juice can make a very good summer face pack. 
  • This will tighten the skin of your face. 
  • You can also apply it on the neck.
