  • 5 rosemary sprigs, fresh or dried
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Mason jar

Directions

  • If you’re using fresh rosemary sprigs, be sure they don’t have a single drop of water on them! If necessary, dry them with paper towels or in the sun. Water will quickly deteriorate your rosemary oil.
  • Place your sprigs in a mason jar and cover with 1 cup of olive oil.
