By doing linga mudra, the problem of sore throat is removed, by doing this mudra the respiratory organs are fine and heat in the body is encouraged. You have to use both hands to do this mudra. To make Linga Mudra, join all the fingers of both the hands, now place the thumb of the right hand on the lower part of the thumb of the opposite hand and lift the thumb of the opposite hand up towards the sky. Stay in this posture for 2 minutes and then come back to the normal position.

You can use Apana Mudra to get rid of problems like constipation, piles. To get rid of it, you should do Apana Mudra after 2 times daily for 10 to 15 minutes. To do Apana Mudra, you have to touch the middle 2 fingers with the thumb and keep the other 2 fingers straight. You have to do this mudra with both hands.

To do shunya mudra, you have to touch the second finger and thumb and keep the other three fingers straight. Do this mudra twice daily for 5 to 10 minutes. You have to do this mudra with both hands. People who have pain in their ears due to any reason should do this mudra. This mudra is considered beneficial even if you are going through a mental problem or lethargy in the body.
