Well, after creating these delicious tiny treats a few days ago, I had one of those moments. I don’t want to oversell myself, but these sticky, spicy cauliflower bites are very amazing, especially given that they are 99% vegetables.

πŸ₯¦ Ingredients for Peri peri cauliflower

  • 1.5 cup Cauliflower Floret
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 8 tbsp Refined Flour
  • 4 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp soya Sauce
  • Piri-Piri Masala

Method for Peri peri cauliflower

  • In boiling water, add 1.5 cups of cauliflower floret. Add 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tsp of Black Pepper, 4 tbsp of Refined Flour, 2 tbsp of Corn Flour, and 2 tbsp of Coriander once it has boiled. It has been thoroughly combined.
  • Combine 4 tablespoons refined flour, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons yoghurt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and water.
  • Cauliflower florets are coated with breadcrumbs after being dipped in the mixture.
  • Oil should be heated in a kadhai, then the cauliflower should be fried till crisp. Fry cauliflower and combine piri-piri masala.
  • Piri-piri cauliflower that is crunchy and ready to eat!
