- 4 cups water
- 1 piece of ginger peeled and chopped
- 1 piece of turmeric peeled and chopped
- 3 lemongrass stocks (cut into pieces with outer leaves removed)
- a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- One and a half tablespoon organic raw honey
- juice of 2 lemons
How to make Lemonade-
- First, in a small saucepan, boil ginger, turmeric, lemongrass and black pepper with one cup of water.
- When the water starts to boil, reduce the flame to low and let it boil for about 10 minutes.
- Now filter this water with the help of a sieve.
- Let the water cool down.
- Then add the remaining water, lemon juice and honey and mix.

Make Summer Turmeric Iced Tea
There is no desire to drink tea in the summer season, but you can definitely make this iced tea with the help of turmeric.
- 5 cups water
- 2 inch piece turmeric root or 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2-3 green cardamoms
- 2 tsp tea leaves or 2 tea bags
- Pieces of ice
- fresh herbs
- maple syrup or honey optional
How to make iced tea
- First let 4 cups of water come to a boil.
- Crush turmeric root and green cardamom in a mortar pestle and add to boiling water.
- Boil it for 5-7 minutes.
- Now put tea leaves or tea bags in it and turn off the flame.
- Cover it and leave it like this for about 5 minutes.
- Now filter it and let it cool for 4-5 hours.
- Now to serve, first fill half a glass with ice.
- Add prepared turmeric tea to it.
- Also squeeze half a lemon in it and add some fresh herbs.
- Add maple syrup or honey if needed, mix and enjoy this tea cold.
