Jaggery Roti Recipe / Gur Ki Roti / Jaggery Paratha / Mithi Gud Ki Roti
In the monsoon season everyone wants to have sweet roti or fries. Here is a jaggery roti recipe which you can store for days or even best in traveling.

Jaggery Roti Recipe / Gur Ki Roti / Jaggery Paratha / Mithi Gud Ki Roti
Ingredients
- 1 glass milk
- 1½ – 2 cup sugar or jaggery powder (sweetner according to your taste )
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 2 tsp fresh malai
- 2 – 3 cup wheat flour
- 100 gms sesame seeds (til)
- Ghee for shallow frying
Directions
- Take a vessel put milk in it.
- Put it on fire and reduce it to ¾ glass.
- cool it .
- Now put ghee, malai or jaggery/sugar powder in it.
- Put wheat flour in it and knead it.
- Rest it for half an hour.
- Make a equal small rounds of dough.
- Take sesame seeds in a plate
- Take a round and apply seeds on both the sides
- Heat the tava
- Now Roll out the roti but should be little thick
- shallow fry the rotis with ghee on medium flame.
- After making the roti don’t keep one on another
- When the rotis are cooled down. Gather them all and cover them in a foil paper.
- Store it in air tight container.
NOTE
- Take either sugar or jaggery
- You can adjust the measurement of sugar or jaggery according to your taste
- take the measurement of wheat flour according to your requirement
