1. Paan Gulkand and Tulsi Shake
1. For this you take 6-7 betel leaves, 4 cups of almond milk, basil seeds, 4 spoons of gulkand and chopped nuts.
2. Wash the betel leaves thoroughly in water.
3. Then grind the betel leaves in a blender with some water.
4. In a bowl or jar, mix betel leaf puree and almond milk.
5. Now filter the soaked sabja seeds and put them in it.
6. If you want, add rose syrup or Rooh Afza.
7. Now add chopped dry fruits to it and consume it.
2. Paan and Gulkand Sharbat
For this you take 4 spoons of Gulkand, 2 spoons of honey, cold milk, almonds, pistachios, 4-5 betel leaves and ice cubes.
