2. Giloy

It is used in Ayurveda to treat many diseases. Giloy is a good source of copper, iron, phosphorous, zinc, calcium and magnesium. Giloy increases the immunity of the body, as well as makes bones strong. If there is a deficiency of calcium in the body, you can take Giloy decoction , Giloy juice or Giloy powder.

It is also very beneficial for health. Celery seeds are rich in calcium. There are 115 milligrams of calcium in 1 teaspoon of celery seeds. You can use ajwain seeds in soups etc. Apart from this, calcium is also present in good quantity in fennel, cumin and coriander seeds. You can include these seeds in your diet to meet the deficiency of calcium. 

Apart from this, dried celery flowers and dill are also the best herbs for calcium. There is about 45 mg of calcium per teaspoon of dried ajwain flowers . You can garnish it with grilled fish, roasted vegetables.

5. Cinnamon
