Do you need some inspiration to exercise and stay fit? You’ve come to the right place. Here’s HOW I GET MYSELF TO EXERCISE 6 TIMES A WEEK

People frequently ask me, “How do you motivate yourself to exercise almost every day?”
And I understand because, as much as I enjoy a good sweat, the truth is that I, too, occasionally want to hit the snooze button and sleep in a little longer.
However, I am a firm believer in the mental and physical benefits of exercise, and I become irritable and irritable when I don’t get to work out for a few days. So, in order to instil this healthy habit in my friends, here is how I motivate myself to exercise.
HOW I GET MYSELF TO EXERCISE 6 TIMES A WEEK
Make an exercise plan.
The one thing that all insanely successful people have in common is that their days are meticulously planned in every way. They call it a day, including their exercise regimen, from the moment they rise and shine to the second.
Set a date and time for yourself to do your exercise. Make a note of it on your calendar. It’s a date you can’t afford to miss. Making the decision to exercise at a specific time and writing it down will help you make it happen. Yes, make a note of it. According to research, when people write down their plans, they are more likely to follow through.
Because I am a bit of a control freak, I prefer to exercise at the same time every day. But whenever I travel or have a particularly hectic week, I make a point of writing down exactly when, where, and what I intend to do to work up a sweat.
Variation is essential.
Although I don’t mind going for the same run day after day, most people get tired of doing the same thing over and over. And I’ve noticed that changing up my routine, taking a different route, joining a different gym, taking a new yoga class, working out with a personal trainer, or taking a new spinning class boosts my motivation.
So, if you are one of those people who goes insane if they have to do the same damn thing every day, I highly recommend a varied routine. Do what you enjoy doing, but mix it up a little to avoid the OMG, not this again!
Have a killer playlist
Choosing an exercise partner who shares your objectives can be extremely motivating. It assists you both in remaining accountable. When you are letting someone down, you will think twice about talking yourself out of a workout.
Experiment with something new.
Your favourite classes, like the playlist, can become mind-numbing after a while.

Try something new
Once a month, try something completely new. I enjoyed the Peloton Online Streaming Spinning Classes during the lockdown. I also discovered Yin Yoga, which allowed me to relax my mind while also getting a good stretch.
Don’t even think about it.
I like to get my exercise done early in the morning before my mind has time to wonder what the hell I’m doing. The mind has a sneaky way of convincing us: I’m too tired, it’s too hot, too cold, it’s too late, it’s too early, it’s too this, it’s too that, blah-blah-blah.
Of course, if you sprain an ankle or become ill, there is no need to be too hard on yourself, but I find that telling myself “it is what it is, this is happening period, there is no talking yourself out of this one, you can moan later darling” works best for me.
Begin a training programme.
Make a new goal. Set a goal for yourself. I use the ASICS Runkeeper app to motivate myself to run at a faster pace, log weekly mileage, or train for a new race. There are numerous excellent fitness apps to choose from. Goals are the best motivator of all time in my opinion.
Purchase new equipment
When all else fails, invest in new equipment. A new fun outfit or a new pair of sneakers will always get me out the door.
Make it a top priority.
Last but not least, prioritise exercise as if your life depends on it.
