Feeling tired after waking up in the morning? Know 6 reasons for this to happen

It is common to feel a little sleepy after waking up in the morning. For many people, a cup of coffee or a shower can solve the problem. However, if you often feel lethargic in the morning, especially if you feel tired throughout the day, then you must know the reason behind it. If your sleep persists over a long period of time, it can begin to negatively affect your ability to live life to the fullest. Find out here why this happens.

Why do you feel tired after waking up in the morning?

1) Sleeping at the wrong time- Remember that you have a different lifestyle in which some people like to sleep early and some like to stay awake throughout the night. In such a situation, if you wake up at a time which is different from everyday, then you may feel lethargic.

2) Staying in bed for a long time- Many people take 4 to 10 naps in the morning trying to get up, which is absolutely wrong. You end up with broken, fragmented sleep when you repeatedly turn off your alarm. Which causes irritability and fatigue. Set your alarm to last until you need to get up. On the other hand, if you have to snooze, then do it up to one time.

3) Bedroom environment- There are many different things that can affect your sleep in your bedroom. As room temperature is essential to the quality of your sleep, so adjust the AC cooling for a comfortable sleep. You can use a blue lamp because blue light will block the production of melatonin, which is essential for good rest.

4) Your bed partner – If you sleep with a snoring partner then you lose an hour of sleep every night. Also, if the partner changes sides frequently then sleep on a memory foam mattress, it will disturb you can save from.

5) Food – Stay away from alcohol and caffeine. It keeps you away from deep sleep, due to which you feel tired in the morning. Caffeine does the same thing. Cut off caffeine by 2 p.m. and stop drinking alcohol 3 hours before bedtime.

6) Sleep disorders- While the symptoms of this disease can be mild, there are many sleep disorders that can affect the quality of sleep. One specific is sleep apnea, but others include narcolepsy, insomnia, and restless legs syndrome
