Easy Home remedies which can relief if Fatigue and swelling in the legs increases by evening

1. Foot bath

If your feet are in severe pain due to fatigue, you can take the help of a footbath to relax your muscles. For this, put lukewarm water in a tub and mix two to four teaspoons of salt in it. Now put your soles in the tub and sit for 15 to 20 minutes.

It is considered one of the most effective ways to reduce leg fatigue and swelling. If you want, you can also add baking soda to it. But baking soda is not beneficial for pain and fatigue, but for the skin on your feet.

2. Choose the Right Footwear

If you regularly experience fatigue and pain in your feet, it could also be because of your footwear. Wearing any footwear for an excessive amount of time has a bad effect on the health of the feet.

If you wear high-heeled sandals or your shoes are made without proper arch and support, your entire foot can be damaged. At the same time, the size of the shoe can increase at any time, so it is necessary to change your footwear after a reasonable time.

3. Ice pack

Apply ice on your feet. It will help in relieving fatigue, pain and swelling. Put the work in a cloth or plastic bag and roll it on your feet. If you want, you can also apply by freezing ice in a water bottle. Wherever you feel tired or swollen, keep applying ice for 10 to 15 minutes, later you will see the difference on your own.
