1) Robin Singh- Trinidad and Tobago

2) Salim Durani- Afghanistan

Salim Durani is one of those popular cricketers who were born abroad but played for India. Salim was born in Kabul.

Salim was born there even before he made his official debut in Afghanistan’s Tests. He had already played Test cricket before making his Test debut in Afghanistan, even if it was for Team India.

Salim did really well for India. He played 29 Test matches and performed well with both bat and ball. Later he also became the manager of Team India. However, it was for a very short time.

3) Khokhan Sen- Bangladesh

Khokhan Sen was born in Bangladesh, although at that time it came under East Pakistan. He is one of the first wicketkeepers of Team India who scored consecutive runs.

He added 44 runs to his account in the only Test match he played for India. He has played 32 first class matches and scored 1123 runs at an average of 24.95.

5) Gulabrai Ramchand- Pakistan

Gulabrai Ramchand is an important player in Indian cricket history. The Karachi-born all-rounder played 33 Tests for India. He also captained the country in the series against Australia.

India got its first win against Australia under the captaincy of Gulabrai. He also played for Bombay and Rajasthan in domestic cricket. According to Wikipedia, he is one of the first players to endorse a commercial brand.
